Cooling timeout changed from 5 hours to 8 hours

Conditions for cooling event start changed:

• Temperature must first rise above +40°C as before.

• Temperature must still be above +40°C after 5 minutes.

• Temperature readings from the 5 minutes after the temperature first exceeded +40°C are transmitted after the cooling event start is recognized and the device switches to the Measuring state.
