Schedules

Schedules allow you to centrally manage when tasks must be completed or reports sent.

Through the Schedules settings menu, you can create the required number of named schedules.

The schedule can be attached to the following items: task description, report, access right, purpose.

The same schedule can be used to schedule several different things. When you change the validity periods of a schedule, the timings of all activities associated with it change.

Schedules should be named individually and in such a way that the validity periods of the schedule can be deduced from the name itself.

In addition to the name of the schedule, you can see in the list how many execution points each schedule creates scheduled tasks.

Creating and editing a schedule

Create a new schedule by clicking the New Schedule button in the upper right corner.
