Site quick access widget
The site quick access widget contains six quick accesses that can be accessed quickly and easily directly from the dashboard. The widget is site specific.
Notifications - Viewing and acknowledging notifications
Tasks - Making tasks and reviewing completed tasks
Automatic control points - Viewing the results of automatic control
Manaual control points - Viewing the results of manual control
Reports - Downloading reports
Bulletins - Reading and creating bulletins
In the widget, you always select which site's quick access functions are used. You can choose all blocks of the site or a single block. From the top, you can see which site and which block the quick accesses are in question. In the picture, the site is the Restaurant Nokeval and all blocks have been selected. The site and block can be changed with the arrows.
The number in the red circle in the upper right corner of the quick access means notifications / tasks / bulletins that have not yet been reacted to.
You can access the widget's individual quick access by pressing the quick access icon.
When you are in the quick access function, you can get back to the widget's start view from the home icon in the upper right corner.
Notifications
In the Notifications quick access, you can view and acknowledge notifications.
You can view unacknowledged or acknowledged notifications. You can use the buttons to display alerts, warnings and/or informatives in the list. The list can be organized newst or most urgent first. By clicking on the notification, you can view the notification in more detail and acknowledge it.

Tasks
In the Tasks quick access, you can do tasks and view completed tasks.
You can view undone, done or expired tasks in the list. The list can be organized by category, newest first, or most urgent first. By clicking on an unfinished task, you can complete it. By clicking on the completed task, you can view the task in more detail.

Automatic control points
In the Automatic control points quick access you can view the results of automatic control and acknowledge notifications
In the Automatic control points quick access there are three different views:
Latest results view
Time period view
Location view
Latest results view
In this view, you can see a list of the latest results of automatic measurements and unacknowledged notifications.
Notifications appear below the measurement. By clicking on the notification, you can view it in more detail and acknowledge it. By clicking on the control point, you can access the data of the control point. By clicking on the channel, you can access the channel’s information.
Time period view
In the Time period view, you can see the results as a graph.
You can choose a custom time range or a ready-made time period (previous 1, 7 or 30 days) as the time interval for the graphs. By clicking on the plus sign on the channel's row, you can display the graph of the channel. With the minus, you can hide the graph from view. By clicking on the channel, you can access the channel’s information.
Location view
In the location view, you can see the control points in the floor plan. In order to use the view, you need to add a floor plan to the service, on which the location of the control points is determined.
You can see more information at the control point. The color and symbol of the point indicate whether the control point has unacknowledged notifications and what their criticality is.
By clicking on the control point, you can access the data of the control point.
Manual control points
In the Manual control points quick access you can view the results of manual control and acknowledge notifications
In the Manual control points quick access there are three different views:
Latest results view
Time period view
Location view
Latest results view
In this view, you can see a list of the latest results of manual measurements and unacknowledged notifications.
Unacknowledged notifications are displayed below the measurement. By clicking on the notification, you can view it in more detail and acknowledge it. By clicking on the control point, you can access the data of the control point. By clicking on the channel, you can access the channel’s information.
Time period view
In the Time period view, you can see the results of the manual measurements as a list.
You can choose a custom time range or a ready-made time period (previous 1, 7 or 30 days) as the time interval for the list. By clicking on the plus sign on the channel's row, you can display the measurements of the channel. With the minus, you can hide the measurements from view. By clicking on the channel, you can access the channel’s information.
Location view
In the location view, you can see the control points in the floor plan. In order to use the view, you need to add a floor plan to the service, on which the location of the control points is determined.
You can see more information at the control point. The color and symbol of the point indicate whether the control point has unacknowledged notifications and what their criticality is.
By clicking on the control point, you can access the data of the control point.
Reports
The Reports quick access directs you to the report view, where you can download and subscribe reports and create and edit report templates.
You can filter the list by report group, name and type. You can create a report template from the Create new report template button.
Click the three dots on the report line to select the desired function
Subscribe to report: You can subscribe a report to email
Download PDF: You can download the report in PDF format
Edit: You can edit the report template
Delete: You can delete the report template

Bulletins
In the Bulletins quick access, you can read and create bulletins.
You can filter the list to contain all or only unread bulletins. You can mark the bulletin as read from the Mark as read button.
